Workshops policy in Varsztatovnia

and privacy policy

  1. „SWAP – Spontaneous Artistic and Practical Workshops” Foundation with its seat at st. 45 Kwitnąca, local 5 in Warsaw (KRS 0000740077 NIP: 1182177063) using the trade name and trademark „Varsztatovnia” is the workshops organizer, hereinafter referred to as the Organizer. This policy applies to English language classes only.

  2. It is required to send the application and pay the fee within the time lit specified on the website of the workshop. The application must be accepted by the  organizer.

  3. The number of participants in particular workshop projects is limited. Confirmation of participation is an e-mail confirmation of payment receiving sent by the Organizer.

  4. Payments must be sent via traditional transfer with the name of the participant and the name or number of the group.

  5. The organizer has the power to cancel the workshops in case the gathered group doesn’t reach the minimum number of participants. Participants are then refunded the full amount.

  6. In the case of a resignation from participation in workshops consisting of 12 or more classes within 5 calendar days from the start day of classes, the participant is entitled to a refund (and release from installments in the case of installment payments) of the full amount paid sent by the Organizer by return transfer within 5 working days. In the case of resignation before the day of the third class – 2/3 is  refunded (or exemption from the 2nd and 3rd installments)  and in the case of resignation before the day of the fourth – 1/3 is refunded (or exemption from the last installment). In case of resignation after the fourth class – the amounts are not returnable.

  7. The resignation must be sent  by e-mail to [email protected]. Cessation of participation in classes without informing the Organizer is not tantamount to resignation.

  8. The organizer is entitled to make changes to the starting dates of classes, the teacher and the place of classes (provided that they will be organized in the same town).

  9. The organizer is not responsible for accidents caused during the workshops, their consequences and loss of estate. The participant is responsible for his estate throughout the workshop.

  10. Application for participation in the workshop is equivalent to accepting these Regulations and agree to the processing of personal data by the Organizer for information and marketing purposes in accordance with the Act of August 29, 1997 on the protection of personal data, Journal Of Laws No. 101, item 926.

  11. Participation in the workshops is equivalent to consent to the possible use of the image on the published promotional photos and other graphic materials of the Foundation (we also provide photos to participants for their own use).

  12. The administrator of personal data is the SWAP Foundation – Spontaniczne warsztaty Artystyczno – Praktyczne with its seat at st. 45 Kwitnąca, local 5 in Warsaw (KRS 0000740077 NIP: 1182177063).

  13. Participants and others that we have data of in the system are entitled to withdraw the consent to process personal information at any time. If the person withdrawing the consent is already taking part in the workshop, it is understood as a resignation from participation in the classes and the hereby policy of returns enclosed in the regulation will be applied accordingly.
